Meet Edwin Pérez-Montalvo
Edwin Pérez-Montalvo is a seasoned professional with over 36 years of military and civilian service in the United States Army, specializing in human resources strategy, global workforce transformation, and organizational design. His distinguished career reflects strong leadership, strategic vision, and the proven ability to guide large-scale, multidisciplinary teams in complex and high-demand environments.
Throughout his tenure, Edwin has successfully overseen human resources operations for more than 120,000 personnel, leading initiatives in talent acquisition, workforce development, organizational restructuring, and operational efficiency. His background bridges military precision with civilian adaptability—always focused on building strong, inclusive, and forward-ready institutions.
Edwin holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management (Project Management) from Keller Graduate School of Management, and a Bachelor’s degree in Technical Management (Human Resources) from DeVry University. This blend of academic rigor and practical expertise has equipped him to design and lead transformative HR systems that align people, structure, and mission.
He currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of My Global Hub International Realty, Property Management Division, where he applies his extensive leadership and strategic experience to strengthen organizational development, operational integrity, and institutional growth.

Meet Carmen M. Pérez-De La Matta
Carmen M. Pérez-De La Matta is a highly experienced professional with over 30 years of combined public and private sector experience, including 13 years with the U.S. Federal Government. Her expertise spans administrative services, human resources, logistics, records management, contract management, finance, and accounting, supported by a strong record of leadership, precision, and results-driven performance.
Throughout her federal career, Carmen held critical roles within civilian agencies, where she successfully oversaw complex workflows, coordinated interdepartmental functions, and ensured full regulatory compliance. In the private sector, she has led operations in real estate brokerage, property management, and financial administration across multiple U.S. states, including Florida, Kentucky, and Alabama, where she also studied Real Estate Law.
Carmen was licensed as a Mortgage Broker, managing a Florida branch with operational coverage across 46 additional U.S. states. She also spent 15 years managing properties for American and British companies, combining global insight with hands-on management and a reputation for integrity and accountability.
Currently, Carmen serves as the Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of My Global Hub, an international platform that integrates real estate, e-commerce, and certified professional directories. She also serves as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of My Global Hub International Realty, where she continues to drive innovation, operational excellence, and strategic growth across global markets.
Carmen holds a Master’s degree in Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a double major in Contract Management and Government Accounting. Her professional credentials include DAWIA Level III Certification in Contracting under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
Fluent in English and Spanish, and with foundational knowledge of Korean, Carmen is recognized for her strategic vision, multicultural leadership, and unwavering commitment to organizational excellence and ethical governance.
